While not as famous as other parks in St Johns, Kelly Point offers sweeping river views with plenty of big ships and tug boats.

Wonderful park with great waterfront access/beach. Excellent sticks for good dogs to chew on.

Great place to bike to along the Columbia Slough. There's nice sandy beach to hang out on the Columbia/Willamette river.
