El Oktopus has great views of the ocean as well as great drinks and food. They are newly remodeled, so enjoy a great scene inside.

Great view from the balcony overlooking the sea of Cortez. Good menu. In our opinion the malecon is not the best place for dining, but the atmosphere and views usually make up for that :)
