We have friends that work here, and we enjoy the German and Austrian newer works, as well as the cafe.
They have the famous gold Klimt. It's a very small museum so it makes it pricy, but if you love Klimt, it's a must. They also have a great german cafe too, but it's also pricey (but tasty)!
This small, but elegant museum housed in a former private mansion, features prominent works by German and Austrian artists. See the famous Woman in Gold by Klimt, along with works by Schiele, Otto Dix and others. There are 2 cafes serving authentic Austrian dishes. Free admission on the first Friday…
