Take a hike to Million Dollar Bridge in the Chengwatana State Forest in Pine City, MN. Just a short trail off of HWY 8. Finding this hidden gem is part of the fun!

Hiking that isn't too far away. Just go south on Cross Lake Road (for like 5 seconds), take a left (East) on St. Croix Rd (Hwy 8), keep going east for about 10 miles. There's hiking trails and a great canoeing area. I love being outdoors and it's another place to explore!

This is a beautiful State Forest located just (19.9 miles). As a fun side note; my Great Grandparents owned a farm very close to this State Forest. They used horse and wagon to collect sap from Maple trees on their property and boiled it down on an open fire in a large caldron.
