From their website: "Respectfully Sourced, Locally Inspired Homage, a unique financial district lunch destination, provides food reflecting and honoring local farms in the Bay Area. The large open-air space creates a welcoming atmosphere for morning coffee or a meeting place to conduct business matters. At night, the room can be converted into an intimate setting for after-work libations and multiple plates from the kitchen. Weekly, our team travels to the farmers market, gathering what we decide is in perfect ripeness and prepare an ever-changing, concise menu. Our focus is on simplicity, freshness and technique. We expedite the demanding pace of a financial district lunch service by streamlining our menu. Simple, well-executed salads, an option of soup, fresh pasta and daily roasts are prepared that morning. Loaves of bread using freshly house-milled grain, are baked alongside the rotating, seasonal menu."
