one word: beauty!!!! the drive up to this beach is nothing short of spectacularly scenic and romantic. I know, i drove out to these parts at least twice a week for 2 years, JUST BECAUSE.

This beach and South Beach are the most dangerous in terms of rip currents and sneaker waves. Both are beautiful beaches but many signs strongly caution visitors not to enter the water, and even to stay some distance away from its edge to be safe. Recommended as a stop for the view on the way to Drakes Beach and the Lighthouse.
