Lots of Chinese people still live in Chinatown, but a huge number have moved out to the Sunset district near Ocean Beach. Some of the best Chinese restaurants in town are strung out along this commercial street in the Sunset. Check out Oriental Seafood Restaurant, Cheung Hing for take out. There are lots of others, and lots of local color.

Safeway on Noriega , vegetable markets, Chinese bakeries,coffee shop, gas station 24 Th and Noriega, laundromat,easy walking from house down two blocks can take bus to Noriega Safeway
