The Fort is an historic adobe restaurant that serves "New Foods of the Old West". Their traditional dishes include elk, bison, and quail, and they also offer some beef and seafood options. Wine Spectator has recognized The Fort with its Award of Excellence multiple times. The Fort is a great spot for an upscale meal - request a table in the back room where there are great views and a fireplace!
