Fascinating work of 19th century engineers. Niesen offers an impressive ride up and down with a great terrasse at the top. One of the best views in the Bernese Oberland. A sunset trip is the must !

Go up to Niesen mountain 2362m. They have a great breakfast option. Check out “earlyriser breakfast”.

Great trip by rail-cable-car up to 2362m.a.s.l. Hiking trails, starting platform for para-gliders, restaurant. Wonderful place.

Great 360 degrees view on the top. you might walk up from Wimmis in around 4 hours.
