Lovely winery way up in the woods above the clouds along the Sonoma Coast. Oftentimes Jenner and Bodega are in the fog, while this place has sunshine.

A wonderful place to stop heading north, about 45-50 minutes before you get to Sea Ranch. The view to the coast is truly beautiful and the wines are delightful. The tasting room is just stunning -- destined to become a don't miss destination for all visitors passing through. It's extremely rare to be able to visit a winery that offers quality wine, and lets you see the ocean all in one shot. Placed high in the hills overlooking the Pacific north of Jenner, the location is utterly exquisite, reminiscent of a Tuscany setting. The tasting room is beautifully designed and the staff are incredibly welcoming. What is truly memorable here are the amazing award winning wines. You will be seduced by the Chardonnay and charmed by the Pinotage, but what is truly unforgettable is the Pinot Noir. It's delicate and subtle and unforgettable, particularly their Sea Slopes variety. If the weather is clear when you visit, you can certainly see Pt. Reyes. If the weather is really clear, you can also see the Farallon islands, just west of San Francisco, about 40 miles away.
