“The refurbished this theater quite a while ago. The seats are large, they recline and there's plenty of room between them front to back. The screens and sound are great. And it's $6 for any ticket anytime of the day. Hard to beat. We will be going back many times.”

“Sophisticated New American plates and monthly specials in a modern setting with a chic piano lounge. Upscale restaurant with valet parking in south-central Sarasota. Lengthy and imaginative menu. Save room for appetizers and desserts. Somewhat pricey even for the tourist strip. The spring rolls appetizer were perhaps the finest thing we ate on our entire Sarasota vacation. Two entrees, a shared appetizer and one cocktail set us back over $100. We learned from our helpful and professional waitress that money goes much further in the bar during happy hour. Consider that approach if you come, if cost is a concern. Otherwise, perhaps Michael's is a special occasion place.”
