Doc Collier Moonshine was established in 2014 and celebrates the history of the local Collier family. Named after grandpappy, William “Doc” Collier, who was a local moonshiner, the distillery sits on the main strip of Gatlinburg. The distillery uses the very same recipes that Doc did during Prohibition including some fresh English Mountain Spring water straight from the source! With moonshine distilleries being prevalent in Gatlinburg, Doc’s aims to set itself apart through high quality products and genuine interactions with our customers. We are Gatlinburg’s best kept secret and plan to remain that way.
