Serendipity is a log cabin full of passion and serenity. The 1.75 acres offers a gorgeous sunrise over Lake Gaston. The upstairs king size bed has a stunning view of the lake. The downstairs bedroom has a set of full bunk beds and a set of twin bunk beds. For your enjoyment you will find two kayaks, fishing poles, and several life jackets available. It is required to wear the life jackets when kayaking. I also recommend bringing water shoes. The entry to the lake can be muddy.
The perfect spot for social distancing! Bring the fam and enjoy getting outdoors and being active. There are no Covid-19 cases in the county. And the lake is always open. Food Lion has everything but TP, and we provide that. I am posting a list of restaurants and their take out options. There is plenty to choose from. Bring your own boat. Our kayaks are here for your use, and you can fish and swim from the dock. And did I mention that pets are welcome?
Our home was built in the 1890s and was eventually converted to 4 apartments. The original owner, Margaret Lifsey, was born in this house and lived her till she was 106 years old! We are currently in the process of updating several things in the house. We are doing most of this ourselves! I love being a part of the work we are doing in our home.
