Huckleberry Suite - Intown Bar HarborThis 1 bedroom, second floor apartment, located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in downtown Bar Harbor, is perfect for a couple or small family. Bar Harbor’s waterfront, our downtown, Bar Island, and the Island Explorer Bus service are only a few blocks away. The Explorer provides free access to many parts of Acadia National Park. Huckleberry is available by the week, June - September with a Saturday check in. October - May, our Town requires a 5 day minimum stay.
Shorefront House in village on Mount Desert IslandThis comfortable, spacious waterfront house overlooks the busy working harbor of Southwest Harbor on the quiet side of Mount Desert Island. Stairs at the end of the lawn lead to the little rocky "beach". A sunny second-floor deck off the open kitchen/living room area faces the water. It's a 3-minute walk to a busstop, and 10 minute walk to the center of town. Within a 5-mile radius are several of Acadia's beaches, lakes and hiking trails. Bar Harbor is a 20-minute drive.
Skipping Stone on Frenchman's Bay Weekly RentalOur beachfront home is good for families and pets, with open plan, private bedrooms and an enclosed deck. The beach is perfect for cookouts, walking and exploring. We are nestled down a long drive with quiet neighbors. The main floor bedroom (queen bed) accesses a screened sitting area. The downstairs bedroom (walkout basement) has twin beds and futon couch for a couple and/or children. We are 5 miles from the village, 2.5 miles from Acadia Visitor Center, and .5 miles from an Explorer stop.
