The best fish restaurant in town: set up on a side of the metropolitan market, a very typical southern Italy family runs the place and it's not afraid to get you notice.
Go for Impepata di Cozze (mules) or Fritto Misto - calamari are incredible!
Be prepared: plates are huge! Incredibly good prices, too.

One thing about Milano: it's not Naples, having pizza is extremely pointless and overrated - never go for it.
With only one exception: Il Tegamino.
They're from Naples and they'll tell you, it's probably the best pizza I ever had after Michele's and Sorbillo in Naples.
They have 3 restaurants.
Go for pizza with scamorza or fiordilatte and filetti (that's naples for fresh tiny tomatoes).
