The studio is located off of the laundry/gym area with it's own private entrance. It is in an 8 unit building that is entirely Airbnb. It is 3 blocks from Tulsa University and Cherry Street and less than 2 miles from Downtown and the Gathering Place. ONE PERSON ONLY.

Our guest house sits on a quiet 20-acre hobby farm, home to chickens and a rooster. A short 25-minute drive from Downtown Tulsa and The Gathering Place, we are located between Lake Skiatook and Lake Keystone—each just a 20-minute drive away. The pool is open June-August. Free parking onsite. This 500 s.f. cottage is great for singles or couples and the loveseat in living area can sleep a small child. Enjoy the peacefulness of the country and the convenience to all that Tulsa has to offer.

It is also near Museums, Cherry Street, Cain's Ballroom, and Blue Dome District

Your privacy is paramount. While there is not a private entrance into the room itself, there is a garage entrance that avoids the common areas. Located in a safe neighborhood with walking trails and ponds, close to Highway 75 and 169 you'll be connected with bothTulsa's and Jenks's downtown areas.

It is a safe sanctuary right in the Midtown area; close to major attractions such as Expo Center, TU, The Gathering Place, the BOK Center, Route 66, Philbrook Museum, and St. John and Hillcrest Hospitals. The house has a full kitchen for gourmet cooking but if you prefer, is close to many restaurants and pubs along charming Cherry Street.

We are looking forward to providing you with a memorable stay in the Rose District! Our property has three bedrooms with two living areas, and a fenced-in backyard right next to a park. When relaxing at home you can play pool, ping-pong, and cornhole or just visit around the fire pit! The rose district provides an eclectic mix of food and shopping that everyone can enjoy.
