You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . We will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. During my cooking class, you will be able to immediately immerse yourself in a familiar and informal atmosphere, also thanks to the warm and welcoming ways of Mamma Nora. Before you know it, you will find yourself with an apron around your neck and ready to be part of her kitchen! We invite you to spend a relaxing day on our organic hilltop luxury farm in Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. For a day you will get away from the crowds, heat, noise and queues. Our experience starts in Florence Santa Maria Novella Central Station where you will meet and we will help you buy the train tickets to San Miniato. The train ride to San Miniato will take 40 minutes. Upon arrival, we'll walk around the estate so you can see our vineyard and olive grown. We'll visit the gardens to gather ingredients for our lunch, which we'll prepare together. You'll find out how traditional Tuscan cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn. During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. After lunch you're welcome to kick back in the garden, take a swim in our 20 meters infinity pool filled with salted water (the pool is open form May to September), or stroll up to see a remote little church. We start by me coming to pick you up anywhere you are, ( Rome City) Then we go to visit the most beautiful squares in the world, churches, monuments and hills eg, Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo di fiori Trastevere Fontana di Trevi, via del corso via condotti, via del anima, via del governo vecchio, piazza del Figo, circo massimo, il buco della serratura, San pietro Vatican, Gianicolo, Pincio. Then we stop to have the best coffee in Rome in a very popular bar, we drink a glass of wine from the bottle that waits for us in a picnic basket behind the car and then the famous Italian ice cream. We drive through the romantic alleys where many shops are located , in the air we can smell the inviting aroma coming out the restaurants that serve typical Roman dishes. At each place, we will get pictures taken by the staff or from me. Each stop will be 10-15 minutes and the guests are free to visit the locations alone if they wish so.. You could be my model and create unique portraits with this technique. Light Painting is an art form of using torches to paint or draw in a scene while a camera shutter is left open during a long exposure photograph. You can also experiment and learn to create fantastic effects. You will also have the opportunity to use my professional tools: optical fiber, light tubes, sparkles! They will be easy to use and very fun! Once our photo tour is over, I will send you all the photos via email to share and/or print them! Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. The boat tour is the best way to discover the natural beauty of the Amalfi Coast. We will leave from Amalfi and sail to discover the different locations of the Amalfi Coast, caves and beaches that can only be reached by sea. We will admire the villages of Conca dei Marini, Furore, Praiano and Positano, the crew will show you and tell you the stories of the places of particular interest along the route. There will be several stops for swimming, we will show you the best places to dive and you will use the snorkeling equipment, floats and beach towels that will be provided. Also included are drinks (soft drinks, prosecco, beer, limoncello), snacks and fruit which you can enjoy while admiring the coast and with the sound of the waves in the background. In Positano there is a mandatory stop of approximately 1 hour and a half. The group will be able to have lunch, visit the town and go shopping in the local craft shops. Back on board, the tour will continue and you will be able to discover other coastal gems such as Ravello, Minori and Maiori with its famous Pandora cave. You will spend an unforgettable day together with your travel friends and you will return to Amalfi with a wonderful experience to add to your life baggage! What we’ll do: We will visit some of the most breathtaking masterpieces of the Ancient Greek and Roman antiquity – from Apollo del Belvedere to Laocoön, to the famous Raphael Rooms and then on to the Sistine Chapel. You don't have to wear your Sunday best when visiting the Vatican, but you still need to be mindful of what clothes you bring No wheelchair, and don't come drunk :) The duration of this tour is 1h 45 minutes inside the Vatican Museums we will start sharp on time but keep in mind this is always a group tour. We have to wait for each one of you for 15 minutes so everyone can attend this experience. We have to get headphones we have to go through security check which is mandatory and and that’s another 15 minutes long until I exchange the voucher on the desk. We will start officially once we are inside the Vatican Museums and finish at 1h 45 minutes exactly, so if the guide has shown up at 4:30 sharp. The tour starts at 4:45 we have to wait for everyone. the tour must finish at 6:30 sharp.

Capri Premium Tour Our exclusive tour of 8 hours starts from Sorrento at 9:30 AM sailing along the peninsula’s stunning coastline passing Marina Grande, Massa Lubrense and Mitigliano Bay , whilst enjoying a refreshing aperitif. The tour proceeds straight to Capri , where we will stop in the most breathtaking areas of the island like: Withe, Green and Blue Grotto,the Champagne and the Heart cave, the Faraglioni rocks and the Punta Carena lighthouse , Tiberio’s jump and Villa Malaparte. (Blue Grotto entrance is optional). After your guided tour around the island's coast we'll disembark at Marina Piccola of Capri , where you will have 4 hours of free time to spend on shore, enough to visit the famous Piazzetta and Anacapri . On the way back we will stop for a swim , providing you with snorkeling equipment. Our last stop before Sorrento at 5 pm will be in the fantastic Queen Giovanna’s Bath, surrounded by the ruins of the oldest Roman Villa of the coast.
