A nice/fancier restaurant overlooking the waves in Cardiff. If you're looking for a view you can't beat this. Las Olas is nearby option on the casual/cheaper side with task mexican food but less of a view!

Okay dining but the views cannot be beat. Only true on the beach dining in Encinitas area.
