Playa Avellanas has a number of great restaurants, including Soul Shine! Price: $$. A must stop for breakfast/brunch. Very friendly service and wonderfully authentic dishes!

Intermediate surf break, good for swimming, has little pools at low tide and a few good restaurants that you can check out. Playa Avellanas is located 35min away by car from Casa Monte Pino.

This is for the long beach day. Find your ideal shady spot beneath an Almendra, open up a watermelon, enjoy the surf, rest a lot, sandcastles and rock pools during an incoming tide. And did I hear you say pizza and cocktails at Lola's to top the day off?
