Geoff and I like to go to the lounge area down by the pool, not necessarily for the food, but more for the ambiance. It is a quintesential Maine resort that takes you back in time...not too many of these left on the Maine coast....(think Stephen King redrum, redrum)...

Iconic turn of the century inn. Part of Kennebunkport's historic landscape. Check out the beautiful interior then have lunch or dinner outside at the pool side patio. During the summer catch a performance of Main Stage Shakespeare presented on the lawn overlooking the Atlantic (google it for the schedule, also presented at Lafayette Park in Kennebunk). You're definitely on vacation when you're relaxing here!

Such a pretty spot- enjoy a meal here if you can, or cocktails. They serve breakfast to guests but open to public also. Stunning building and view with loads of history.
