Owner Chad Gardner, who's also chef/owner of popular local catering outfit Dash and Handful, just finished his buzzed-about expansion here, adding a cocktail bar, loungey seating, and high-top tables, in addition to a spring roll bar in the industrial-mod dining room, behind which chefs roll up concoctions like 5-spice braised pork belly with slipper lobster.
