Owned by, dang it I can't remember his name right now , who is generally a chill dude often seen bartending, Lucky 13 is a local neighborhood bar that is just a chill scene. They may have some death metal or some late 70's punk playing while watching a Phils game from the 80's, which I kind of like...they serve some bar food, burgers and what not.
