Salt Museum and gift shop is a remarkable attraction of the Nin Saltworks because it attracts attention with its many exhibits that were used, and partly still are used in traditional manufacturing and collecting of salt.

It is one of 3 places in Croatia where salt is being collected by seawater when the water evaporates. There are old wagons when workers did it thousands of years ago. You have to visit the museum where you can buy chocolate with salt, toothbrush, toothpaste, salt flower, everything salt and not only use it as a souvenir but in everyday life and you will have a great memory when you went there.

Enjoy their guided tours and learn how salt is produced and still manually harvested here. Definitely buy Flower of Salt (premium salt) to take home with you.
