Ice cream is a big thing in Bakersfield. When you live on the surface of the sun, any way to stay cool becomes super important. Awesome Sundaes and treats. They also have a small savory food menu. Some people swear by the crab salad sandwich. We love Rosemary's and we love the family that owns it.
