This is the bus stop for the city sightseeing bus that also goes to Soweto. It’s very secure and takes you around the whole of Johannesburg. Different options are available.

A good hours drive to get there and I would aim to be there by 8.30 to get into the cues, but Gold Reef City is worth every cent.

Gold Reef City is an amusement park in Johannesburg, South Africa. Located on an old gold mine which closed in 1971, the park is themed around the gold rush that started in 1886 on the Witwatersrand.
