A craft distillery in an out of the way place. Feels like a speakeasy where you need a secret knock to get in. Their designer cocktails are some of the prohibitively best in the cities.

The speakeasy-esque cocktail room in an industrial corner of the Seward neighborhood (aka The Hub of Hell) features quirky cocktails from the quirky minds of the Bittercube crew, in a chill, windowless room meant for long, relaxed sips. There are seasonal drinks, all revolving around gin or vodka distilled from 100% Minnesota Wheat, as well as a new rum, which is only available at the cocktail room. Also, they take their ice very seriously.

Great place for drinks, they usually have quarterly themes in their tap room which makes it fun but there's no food served. The last time I went the theme was Cabin Fever. Great place!!

Not a brewery, but they didn't have a category for distillery! Great locally made spirits with an onsite cocktail lounge.
