This is the oldest and most famous tavern in Prodromos village. It is recommended for meat plates and vegetables produced by the family that owns the place. The prices are good.

Traditional taverna in village of Prodromos at bottom of byzantine Way walk. Food made from their own local produce that they also sell. Best chick peas in the oven ever. Open all year.

This is probably the most authentic Greek taverna on the island. You can enjoy your dinner in the back yard that it's much cooler on a hot day.
