In the rail station there is a public car park, from this station you can travel to Seville, Cordoba o Madrid just to say a few. Very regular reliable lines. Also you can take the cercanías train to Jerez to visit the wine cellars. Inside the rail station there is an access to the bus station where you can go to the villages in the mountains and visit Arcos and the white villages. You also get regular services to Vejer and El Palmar Beach. Alternatively within the station there are car rental companies which you can find very useful to go further afield than Bahia de Cadiz. You don't really need a car in Cádiz.
