This park is a sweet little place located right on Lake Wateree with lots of shade trees, walking area's, and a swimming!

A little bit of a drive, but worth it. Lake Wateree State Park is a great park on a good sized lake. Great views, nice trails to hike.

One of my favorite places to visit. There are several access options. Families fish, boat or just relax.

We camped at Lake Wateree State Park for years! They offer RV and tent camping, right on the water. They also have a boat landing, beach, picnic tables, fuel for your boat, playground, walking trails, and a small convenience store.
