The location on the map is incorrect - there is a closer entrance at Palackeho Namesti which you can use to enter Karlovo Namesti metro station. Tickets can be purchased in the machines in the station or in the small shop on the right just before you need to validate your tickets. Czechs check! So always have a valid ticket. Kc24 = 90 mins of travel (€1)
