Atlantic Way in the beautiful seaside town of Dingle, a town well known for its food and hospitality and the school adds to this on many levels. Mark Murphy and Muireann Nic Giolla Ruaidh run this amazing business and both have a love for Irish food and are passionate about hospitality. The ability to create an experience to exceed customer expectation is evident through the quality, tailored classes provided. Using local quality ingredients in a comfortable purpose built space makes Dingle Cookery School a fantastic place to learn how to cook or to perfect a craft. The school offers a vast variety of activities from Sunday Brunch to Fermentation, from Sensational Seafood to Sourdough Bread Making and many other unique culinary experiences. One of the most unique, and most popular, is our ‘Catch and Cook’ experience where participants get to go out on a fishing boat, bring back their bounty then learn how to prepare and cook it, and of course to enjoy it all at the end of the class.

Based in the colourful seaside town of Dingle. The Dingle Cookery School was awarded Best Cookery School in Ireland 2019 (Food Awards Ireland) and Culinary Experience of the Year 2020 (Travel & Hospitality Awards). The school is run by chef Mark Murphy and hospitality manager Muireann Nic Giolla Ruaidh who between them have 30 plus years’ experience. Using as much local and Irish ingredients as they can they are proud ambassadors of the exciting and emerging Irish food scene. Fun and learning are intertwined within classes allowing a very enjoyable experience for all while ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and eat wonderful food. Both Mark and Muireann believe that learning to cook is one of the greatest things (gifts one can) to ever experience. Once the basic techniques of cooking are understood not alone will you become a better cook but cooking will become very enjoyable
