The 18-hole Garlenda Golf Club (founded in 1964) is located between Alassio and Albenga in the Lerrone valley, supposed to be one of the most beautiful and picturesque valleys of the Ligurian hinterland. The challenging golf course, surrounded by ancient olive groves and pine forests, was designed by the well known British golf architects John Morrison and John Harris. The proximity to the Cote d’Azur and to tourist resorts of great historical interest make Garlenda an ideal place for a pleasant round of golf.
