New bar in The Hague, has a nice roof terrace and in the basement a club with techno music that stays open until late.

Go here for the perfect rooftop view over the city. This is a bit more fancy than most places on the list but definitely worth a visit. Although I would list it as a 'borrel' place, you can have nice lunch and diner here as well.

Bleyenburg is a cafe during the day and a dance club at night with a rooftop terrace overlooking the Grote Markt area.
