Highly recommended bakery for coeliac guests and those with gluten intolerance. All breads are artisan made with no wheat, gluten, soy, maize, eggs or dairy. Open Tues to Fri 9am to 5pm. Also available at the Subiaco Farmer's Market on Saturdays, and at the Clean Food Store, Nicholson Rd, Subiaco.
