Nice square on the beach. Lots of cafe options and long beach walking path, either on the sand or paved footpath.

Ofo Bikes for hire, just pickup and leave them where you end up. Use a smartphone to read the QR code on them, pricing is around 50 cents an hour (subject to change - need to confirm when you try hire)
