Pophams is an unassuming kind of place located on a quiet Islington backstreet. Croissants are the order of the day, in varying shapes and sizes and filled with all manner of glorious things – think pistachio cream with ground almonds, walnuts, honey and rose water (proceeds going Bake for Syria) or seasonal blood orange and chocolate custard.
