The parking lot for this memorial (find it on map applications) serves as a doorway to the under-touristed & unparalleled Coastal Trail at Land's End. Walk east for just 5 minutes along the coast and you'll end up doing the 1 hour round trip overlooking the Marin Headlands and the Golden Gate Bridge. A side trail stairway leads down to The Labyrinth and the crashing waves below.

Great view for Golden Gate Bridge, there's golf course and Legion of Honor museum and its by the cliff, great ocean view

One of the best outdoor walks along the San Francisco headlands. Great views of the Golden Gate and the Marin Headlands.
