Seattle is famous for it's Pho, a vietnamese soup. We think that Bamboo has the best Pho on Capitiol Hill. We go here often.

Best pho on Capitol Hill. You have to walk uphill a bit to 15th Ave, but it's worth it. Vermicelli bowls too. Takeout available.
