Cafe Remouillage serves a la carte dishes that can not to be classified as starters or mains, but as smaller portions that are easy to share. We want to excite our guests with an experience that is more than just filling the stomach. We call this ‘complex simplicity’ – with just a few ingredients, we make different dishes almost daily, with which we want to surprise our guests over and over again by creating a table full of flavour combinations.
