Head to Brooklyn to find this vegan Ethiopian spot. There’s injera with all the traditional fixings like keysir selat—a cold, sautéed salad with carrots, potatoes, and beets—and a steamed collard dish called gomen. Wash it all down with a selection of Ethiopian beers and t’ej, traditional honey wine. Finish your meal with their namesake coffee. It’s made from roasted Sidamo beans brewed with cloves and cardamom.

Amazing vegetarian Ethiopian food. Grab some friends (or a partner) and order a tray. Try the coffee and you're in for a ceremony. One of the best values in the neighborhood.

Ethiopian Vegetarian with great decor, vibes and reasonably priced. Great for brunch and dinner. My favorite restaurant in the neighborhood/all of NY which I highly recommend to everyone, even if you're a carnivore. If you go in the evenings (Wed & Fri 6pm, Thu & Sat 5pm) they host a 'coffee…
