A tiny place, for years Hector's did not even advertise it's location. It now has a discrete sign out the front, and located just off La Merced it's a great spot to enjoy a special dinner. Specializing in french cuisine, you should come early if you are dining on a weeknight or expect a wait (Hector's used to have a no reservation policy, although this may have changed in recent years).
