Closest coffee shop. They roast their own beans and serve a limited menu of bagel breakfast sandwiches (they also have GF bagels).

Expect a wait on the weekends, going on a Friday is best. If you are meat free, don't miss the mushroom gravy and vegan eggs!

Hazel Room is a great neighborhood brunch place just up Hawthorne. My go-to dish is Bacon Is My Jam.
