When you go for that shorefront boiled lobster dinner, you could do worse than Shaw's in New Harbor. Lobsters, clams, oysters, fish...or even a hamburger for the poor souls who don't care for seafood. Order and pick up at the counter, then eat inside or out on the deck (right on the working harbor) if it's warm enough. If you do eat outside -- and you should! -- keep an eye out for the many seagulls, who have been known to snatch the odd bit of bread when your back is turned... The Hardy Boat cruises to Monhegan Island--a great day trip--leave just below the restaurant.
