This lovely centre, right on the Marbella seafront, is located in the Plaza Del Mar shopping centre and offers a range of fitness and relaxation activities. There is a wonderful spa with a thermal circuit, as well as a 20-meter indoor pool with sea views. There is a gym and personal training area, as well as many fitness classes on offer. They also have Pilates, Taekwondo and spinning. The predominant language spoken here is Spanish, so enquire whether there is a personal trainer or staff member who speaks English who can show you around.
