Before starting a beautiful day around the Place de Clichy, we take the time to stop there. Because if it is today more a place of passage than of blissful contemplation, this beautiful place is historically interesting, in addition to being pretty. At its center is the majestic statue of Marshal Moncey, Major General of the National Guard, who protected Paris from the Russian invasion in 1814. Sit on the beautiful terrace of the bistro Petit Poucet to enjoy a breathtaking view of the square, drinking a cream coffee.

My little neighborhood bistro slash hipster bar. Breakfast & brunch is good, and they have delicious hot chocolate for not much. Also great for drinks. A bit $$ for what you get but I like it.
