St. Tropez is a terrific outdoor casual spot for breakfast and lunch. Located in the center of downtown Encinitas, right next to Starbucks. I love their omelets and quiches. The salads are great too.

Good place for breakfast or lunch especially on a sunny day -- outdoor courtyard seating for people watching. Great bakery and lunch items.
