Carbondale - The best roast chicken ever! Little hole in the wall, local mexican place. Eat there or pick up and bring home the Whole Chicken Dinner. Our definite go to at least once a week!

Hands down...our favorite restaurant in the Valley! The Chicken Enchiladas are legendary and a local fave. Don't judge us...we eat here twice a week.
