We swear this is (barely, over Matsuhisa) the best sushi in Vail. The restaurant is small, so make a reservation or take your chances sitting at the bar!

Try the shiso tuna and the poke bowl! Really good fresh fish - less expensive than Matsuhisa, but a great local choice. Reservations required! They only have a few tables. If you can't get a table, order takeout and eat in the Treehouse or at a picnic table outdoors.
