Stoby's is a bit of a Conway landmark. They are famous for their cheese dip and Stoby sandwich. When we lived in Conway we ate at Stoby's once a week. We never had anything on their menu that wasn't amazing.

Stoby's is a great little local restaurant with fantastic breakfast, great sandwiches and salads, homemade desserts and their famous Stoby's cheese dip.
