Santa Monica added alot of out door dining during the pandemic and it shows, lots of places to stop to eat and new shops. Easy access to the beach.

Main Street near Garfield offers many delicious food options. 38 Degrees is a personal favorite.

Seal Beach is a neighboring beach and has the most charming Main Street that leads to the beach! One of my favorite things to do in the area is go to Nick's and grab a breakfast burrito and coffee and walk the pier. Bogart's is a great little coffee shop, a great place to get work done during the day or play a card game! They also often have live music at night on the weekends! One of my good friend's Taylor Crawford plays there regularly!

Main Street is one of the best shopping districts on the Westside. Dotted with many restaurants too. The stretch from Bicknell to Rose Avenues is a pedestrian-friendly zone.
